Richard Takes Role of HR Manager

Chicka Richard, a graduate of Southwestern College, has assumed the role of Human Resources Manager at Reddi.

Richard brings more than 14 years of experience working with a diverse group of job seekers, clients, customers, and community providers in the WIchita area. Richard has also worked as a part-time Dispatcher at Reddi since 2017.

The newly created HR position will allow Reddi to maintain employee relations and increase recruiting efforts at the growing company. With more than 100 local technicians, Reddi is one of the largest service providers in the Wichita area.
