Nathan came out on an after hours shift to help fix my garage door which had gone cock-eyed. He was super friendly, professional and efficient. The after hours rate was totally reasonable and I was able to get my car out! Can't recommend Reddi enough if you have garage door issues.

We had a plumbing issue at our kitchen sink and laundry room. Isaac was exceptionally fast and accommodating, we really appreciate his work and will be using them for further plumbing issues should they arise. 👍

Our hot water heater sprung a leak late on a Wednesday night. Wyatt was there within an hour to address the problem. We knew this was an old unit and a furnace had been installed in the utility closet that made changing out the hot water heater very complicated. This resulted in him having to find a "skinny" unit late at night which he succeeded in doing. Wyatt maintained a positive attitude the entire time and kept us informed every step of the way. He was as courteous and pleasant a person that we have ever met and Reddi Industries is blessed to have someone like him taking care of their customers.

My wife and I are very well pleased with the service from Reddi Industries and their service technician DEVIN. Our home's hot water heater failure and was needing a replacement. I phoned in Reddi Industries in the morning and had DEVIN scheduled for a same day inspection. Devin was at my residence withing hours, he phoned first, I was away from my phone, and then followed up with a text message. I returned the phone call and had made communication. He was very polite and kind on the phone call. When arrived, very professional and courteous. He then evaluated the job at hand for replacing the hot water tank and with his expert skills and businesslike manner was complete with the job within a matter of time. Devin is an extremely good representative for his employer. I would highly recommend Reddi Industries for all my future business and endeavors. Top stars across the board. I am a very satisfied customer.

My mother in-law has been having issues with her brand new homes electricity at Crescent Creek so she called her realtor who immediately dispatched Reddi Services. I didn't get the techs name, only that he was prompt, informative, and kind enough to offer her advice on how get around her refrigerators issue of not getting water to the ice maker FREE OF CHARGE. It's a rare time in this world where a technician will go out of their way to listen to our older generation and be genuine to actually listen and help. My company KTE does some of your service truck builds and I just learned that you have water trucks my husbands company Mack Trucks gets parts for too, SO when I heard it was a Reddi Tech that made her day I had to pop your collar for you and say - Thank you for taking care of my mom and pop, it means the world to us.

I had a great experience with Luke and the team at Reddi. Luke provided several options for a new furnace and HVAC system and clearly explained each one. After getting three other quotes, Reddi offered the best overall combination of quality, efficiency, and price. The installers were professional and did a quality job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Reddi.

On a 102 degree day our AC quit running! Reddi was able to get us in within a matter of hours. Kenneth was our technician - he showed up on time, located the issue quickly and was able to repair and get us back running within an hour! We are so appreciative!

Wyatt came out for pin hole water leak we had in our ceiling and got us fixed up right away. He was awesome and so nice. I give him 5 stars and will ask for him again in the future. So appreciated their prompt and quick service.

A/C was blowing wasn’t blowing cold air. Called Reddi on Saturday morning and although the earliest they could get a technician out the next morning, getting on the schedule was efficient and easy. Kenneth called and let us know when he was on his way, arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly and had us up and running in less than an hour!

Friendly and knowledgeable technicians

While changing the faucet on a Saturdy evening we somehow managed to break the intake valve. It’s an older house, but we got the water shut off and then called for Reddi to come and fix it. Wyatt came bright and early the next morning and got everything fixed and ready to go so the house has water and the sink is completely fixed. He was fast, reliable and friendly.

We had Cole come and give us estimate for a new HVAC unit. He was super friendly and their estimate was nearly $2,500 cheaper than previous estimate we received. We were able to get on their schedule quickly! Chad and Eric came out to remove our old unit and put in the new one. They also were extremely friendly, gave us lots of great tips, and worked very efficiently. Couldn’t recommend Reddi and these three gentleman more!

The service rendered was exceptional. William arrived promptly and exhibited a professional demeanor. He commenced his work by conducting a thorough diagnostic of the air conditioning components. William identified that the fan had become inoperative due to a malfunctioning motor. He then proceeded to procure a replacement fan motor from the shop. Following the installation of the new motor, the air conditioning unit was fully restored to operational status. The entire installation process was completed within two hours. We will unequivocally recommend your services to our associates in the future.

Kenneth Baty came out and got my AC running again. It failed last night and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. It ended up being a blower motor and luckily, he had one with him. He is very friendly and professional. He has been out a few years ago to replace another part that failed on my unit, so again, very happy with him and Reddi.

I had Reddi out to replace the shower head, bathtub spigot and knob that turns on the water in one of my bathrooms as well as replace a kitchen faucet. The existing hardware in the bathroom was old and could not be replaced with the same stuff so the job got a little tricky. Devin was so skilled and explained my options and associated costs. I decided a couple weeks later to have Devin back out to replace the the handle that turns on the shower on in the mater bathroom. It had become difficult to pull out and my elderly mother is moving in with me. Devin also mounted a couple grab bars to support her move in. Thank you SO much Devin!

I had a great experience with Reddi Irrigation. Christopher Griffith was very knowledgeable, fast and hardworking. He raised and adjusted many sprinkler heads,raised and replace valve boxes and made the necessary repairs. The quality of work excellent.
