Your Appointment

  • Most appointments are booked in a 2 hour window. You will receive an email and/or text confirming the date and time.
  • You will receive a call and/or text when your technician is on the way to your property.
  • If you have questions about your appointment or need to reschedule you can email service@reddi.com, call 316-491-5111 anytime.
  • We require someone 18+ be at your property at the time of service.

Flat Rate Pricing

  • Most services are quoted at a flat-rate price rather than itemized billing. This gives you upfront pricing and protects you from unexpected charges if a job takes longer than anticipated. As long as the scope of work stays the same, your price stays the same.

Payment

  • Unless previously arranged, we will collect payment on-site at the completion of your job.
  • E-check (no fees) is our preferred payment method. You will need your bank account and routing numbers to make payment. Credit card payments may have a processing fee.

Warranty

  • Our work typically includes parts and labor warranties. Warranty term may vary by service and product, your technician will explain warranty coverage at the time of service. We stand behind our work, and want you to be fully satisfied. If you have any problems, please let us know and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Financing

  • If your service requires a large investment, we offer financing with approved credit. Apply here.
